My range of experience in the motion picture and television industries spans three studios over a period of four decades.  At Universal Studios I supervised over 150 features, television movies of the week, television series and specials including JAWS, which I found and acquired for the studio, SCARFACE, which  I produced, 5 movies starring Clint Eastwood and 2 of Sylvester Stallone’s films.  At Paramount and Taft Entertainment, I ran various film production companies and had executive functions with such films as THE RUNNING MAN and LOST IN SPACE.  I have worked with filmmakers and stars including Steven Spielberg, Oliver Stone, James Cameron, Clint Eastwood, Al Pacino, Sylvester Stallone and Michelle Pfeiffer.

I am a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and I serve as a judge of foreign submissions of films for Oscar consideration.  I am also working as a high level evaluator of screenplays for the prestigious Nicholl Award Fellowship, which is administered by the Academy and is considered the most important source of new writer discoveries in our industry.
